I'm addicted to cheese curds

Ah, sweet memories! Last summer I finally made it to my dreamland:
As a cheese lover, and specifically, a Tillamook cheese lover, I have always wanted to go to the dairy factory where my favorite cheeses are made!

My favorite part of Tillamook was the squeaky cheese. I had never tried any kind of cheddar cheese curd before, so when it actually squeaked in my mouth, I was amazed and delighted-hahaha. I loved them so much I even bought this shirt:

Tillamook squeaky cheese curds are the absolute best! For months, the boys and I searched all over for more squeaky cheese. They are so addictive! Yummy cheddary, squeakiness of joy!

We have not been able to find squeaky cheese anywhere, but we have discovered our favorite local dairy, Reed's Dairy, sells bags of cheddar cheese curds. They also call them squeaky cheese, but they don't squeak like Tillamook's. Not quite the same, but just as addictive! Whenever we are at any of the Rexburg grocery stores, we grab a bag and gobble the cheese curds down. In fact, we all fight over the bag, not wanting to miss out on any of the cheddar deliciousness! I love squeaky and squeakless cheese. Ok, I just love cheese period. We have an entire fridge drawer devoted just to all of our cheeses. The way we scarf down cheese, I might end up using an entire fridge to store it, like the aunts in "Pushing Daisies"- hahaha. Wouldn't that be heavenly? But for now, I'm glad to have found a satisfactory replacement for those Tillamook cheese curds I loved so much!

My family would always stop in Beaver, UT on our way to my grandpa's at the Cache Valley Cheese Factory for "Squeaky Cheese"...it was awesome. Nothing like squeaky cheese and crackers, add a bottle of Sparkling Cider and then you'll really feel classy (i do that when Rachael's gone, she doesn't share my love for different cheeses) ha ha
